Right to modify:
The organizer reserves the right to modify the contest terms or cancel the contest if necessary.

Organizer of the contest:
The contest is organized by Boho Bliss Budapest (bohoblissbudapest.com) via its official Facebook page.

Duration of the contest:
From July 9, 2025, 00:00 until July 15, 2025, 23:59.

Participation requirements:
To participate, entrants must comment under the contest post, stating who they would spend the night with. The contest is not affiliated with Facebook, and participation does not depend on sharing the post, liking, or following the page.

Prize:
One night’s accommodation for up to 4 people at the Boho Bliss Budapest apartment, on a date chosen by the winner, subject to availability. The stay can only be booked for dates when the apartment is not already reserved. The winner is responsible for any additional costs such as travel or meals.

Drawing and winner notification:
The drawing will take place on July 16, 2025. The winner’s name will be announced in a comment under the Facebook post and contacted via private message. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

How to redeem?
After the draw, we will contact the winner directly and provide a voucher. The winner can then book their stay through our website by entering the unique voucher code during the reservation process.
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue, and the booking is subject to availability.

Data handling:
Only the Facebook profile name is used for conducting the draw. Participant data will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties. Participation implies acceptance of these rules.
