1. General Information
Boho Bliss Budapest is a private accommodation operated by Torma Sándor (address: 8900 Zalaegerszeg, Balatoni u., Hungary). By making a reservation and staying at the apartment, guests agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Booking and Payment
- Reservations can be made via our official website (bohoblissbudapest.com), by email at hello@bohoblissbudapest.com, or through third-party platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
- If the booking is made at least 20 days prior to the check-in date, a deposit will be applied. Otherwise, the full amount is charged at the time of booking via secure online card payment.
- The booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation via email.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is only available if selected at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival via email or in your “Account”.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows are non-refundable.
- No refunds are provided for early departures after check-in.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: by 11:00
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee.
5. House Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor area (the corridor).
- Pets are not allowed, with the exception of small dogs, but only with prior approval.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- The maximum number of guests is 4.
- Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
6. Damages and Liability
- Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay. Damages must be reported immediately.
- A security deposit is not required, but any damage may be charged after check-out.
- The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
7. Data Privacy
- Personal information collected (e.g., name, email, ID document) is used solely for fulfilling legal registration requirements (VIZA/NTAK) and communication regarding your stay.
- Guest data is not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.
- Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be settled in accordance with Hungarian jurisdiction.
9. Platform-Specific Bookings
- For bookings made via Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms, the platform’s own cancellation and payment policies may also apply and take precedence where applicable.
